Customer Service

I have enjoyed doing this NVQ customer service course and was very lucky to get such a wonderful assessor, Sue Alexander who made every effort to make me feel welcome and comfortable. All stages of the course were thoroughly explained by Sue and as a candidate I was kept well informed of my progress. You really can't go wrong with this course if you enjoy what you do and you do it well. One of the main things I have learned over the years providing customer service and which was highlighted during this NVQ course is that good customer service plays a big part of a visitors/customers overall experience because first impressions count and we all want to leave a good first impression!

I would just like to say many many thanks to both Pat McCann and Sue Alexander who have both been very kind and a joy to work with.

Customer Service Level 2

To achieve a full certificate in Customer Service, you are required to complete the 2 mandatory units and 5 optional units (at least one from each Theme).
